At OUTDOOR INOXTO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
